Personal finance

Where your money actually goes.

Built on one idea: everything is either a transaction, or a transaction that repeats. Accounts, subscriptions, rent, salary and debts are all the same two things wearing different labels. That keeps the app small and the numbers honest.

What it does.

Two ideas, not twenty.

A transaction is money that moved once. A recurring payment is one that repeats. Every screen is a view of those two.

Foreign currencies, at the rate you recorded them.

When an amount is entered in another currency, it is converted at the time you record it, and the rate used stays attached to the entry. It is not quietly recalculated later.

Scan instead of typing.

Point the camera at a receipt or a Swiss QR-bill and the app fills in what it can read. You confirm before anything is saved.

When a price goes up, you hear about it.

If a recurring payment changes amount, the app says so, with the difference spelled out.

Nothing is written on a guess.

Imported entries that could not be resolved are held aside. They do not reach your balances or reports until you confirm them.

Where your data lives.

Your entries are kept on your device and synced through your own iCloud account. Some features — reading the text of a scanned receipt, for example — need a service to do the work; when that happens only what the feature needs is sent, it is used for that alone, and it is listed in the privacy policy. There are no ads, your data is not sold, and the app does not connect to your bank.
